1. Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2.  Easy Return Process
  • To initiate a return, contact us at care@vlas.in

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  • Returns should be sent to the following address:

    #157, Bhagwanpur, Rewari, Haryana, India

  • Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Fast Refunds & Replacements
  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit or send a replacement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ve Got You Covered!
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at care@vlas.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Send us clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

  • Sale items & gift cards (final sale, non-refundable)
